About Us

Casey van den Berg is a biokineticist practicing in Glen Anil, Durban North. Casey’s qualifications include Exercise Specialist (distinction) – Eta College, Bachelor of Sport Science (summa cum laude) - University of KwaZulu-Natal and Bachelor of Sport Science Honours (Biokinetics) (summa cum laude) – University of KwaZulu-Natal. Casey completed her internship at a private practice in Ballito and was exposed to a wide range of chronic diseases and orthopaedic injuries. Casey has a special interest in the elderly population and has experience with both high functioning geriatric patients and those in frail care. She is passionate about improving both the physical and mental aspects of all her patients through individualised exercise programs to return patients to their highest level of function and therefore enhancing their quality of life.
